How it works & limits

One call. Two clocks.

A recurring invitation follows one city’s clock. If the difference between your cities changes, someone’s local hour moves.

Choose whose hour to keep, review the dates, then copy a request. After everyone agrees, the organizer edits the existing invitation.

This checks a weekly pattern and your finish-by time, not calendar conflicts, exceptions, holidays or other people’s availability. If you don’t know the invitation’s time zone, the results are scenarios.
